Disney Cruise Promotion Rules and Regulations

Provide one (1) Disney Cruise Line cruise vacation 7 Night Western Caribbean Cruise from the Port of Galveston for four (4) people to be taken aboard the Disney Cruise Magic on December 8, 2012 and returns on December 15, 2012.

Included in the, non-transferable prize package is the following:
- One (1) stateroom at Disney Cruise Line’s discretion for four (4) people.
- Four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence if the winner resides outside a 400 mile radius of cruise port.
- Roundtrip ground transportation from the airport to the Ship’s Homeport
- All onboard meals (except Palo)
Government Taxes, Fees and fuel surcharge (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website)
Onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess; dining room server, assistant server and head server.

Items not included as part of the vacation package which are the responsibility of the winner include: shore excursions; travel insurance; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; nursery fees, local and long distance telephone calls; ship to shore communications including internet; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; income and other taxes; transportation between winner’s home and gateway airport; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.

The estimated retail value of a 7-Night Western Caribbean Cruise is $5,189.12 all of which includes Government Taxes and Fees. With a force fulfillment to December 8, 2012.

Accommodations and airfare are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. No transfer or substitution of vacation elements will be permitted. Vacation does not include taxes, tips, gratuity, meals, services charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Vacation is not redeemable for cash.
The winner chosen and their guests must be legal US Residents and own a valid US Passport. The winner must be 21 years of age or older. KGNC, Disney Cruise Lines their employees and immediate family are not eligible to win. KGNC and Disney Cruise Lines reserve the rights to disqualify any contestant, change the contest or end the contest at any time.
