Word is the Dallas Cowboys could be fined at least $250,000 because they’ll be entering the 2016 season with three players under suspension. Linebacker Rolando McClain and defensive ends DeMarcus Lawrence and Randy Gregory will miss playing time to start the season. The NFL is still trying to determine this year’s fine schedule. The schedule is based on the number of players on a given team that are suspended. The fines hold teams accountable for acquiring players that have violated NFL policies. Of course all three players are on a Dallas Cowboy defense that needs help. Defense wins championships and the Cowboys offense will have to score a lot of points to win game this season. Just like last year if quarterback Tony Romo gets hurt, it will end the Cowboys season. In the last draft Dallas really didn’t address what they need most. Defense! Training camp will open this Saturday in Oxnard, California. Dallas Cowboys rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott is now under investigation for an alleged domestic violence incident involving a former live in girlfriend. Elliott is accused of assaulting the woman in a parked car last Friday morning in Ohio. That happened to be his 21st birthday. Elliott has denied the allegation. There’s no word on how long the investigation will take.
