Stress is killing us … A new BYU study revealed that stress may be just as bad for our bodies as an unhealthy diet. The researchers found that stress is as harmful to the digestive system as a diet of junk food. And it’s even worse for women. (BYU)

 

Good news for early risers … A new survey found that people who get up before 7 a.m. are not only happier in their jobs … but they make more money too. Of the survey respondents, those who woke up at 5 a.m. had the highest salaries, and those whose alarms went off at 6 a.m. had the highest job satisfaction. (Mic)

 

We don’t talk to each other anymore … A new global report reveals that a whopping 65% of Millennials and Gen Zers communicate with each other more often digitally than in person. Why talk when you can text? The same report found that 62% of 18- to 34-year-olds would choose to leave their wallet at home instead of their phone. (PRNewsire)
