Hello
I am a Soldier stationed at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. I am a native from Vega, TX and currently deployed to Afghanistan. I want to tell ya'll how great it is to listen to KGNC all the way over here. Being the only active listener of country music in my platoon, it is nice to hear the latest songs and my favorite old ones and get a little piece of home.
Thank you and keep up all the good work.
Sincerly,
A Soldier waiting to come home |

Hello this is Trey Jones and I was wondering if you could give my family a shout out. I'm in the Army right now over here in South Korea. I listen to ya'll all the time over here just to remind me of home cause Korea has no country stations.
Thanks,
Trey

Hey Tim,
I wanted to let you know about the results from the last week’s Food Drive. We raised 98,339 pounds of food and $43,000 for the Food Drive in 2007! All food and money donations from now until Christmas will count towards the above totals. Thank you for your support of the Food Drive and making this year’s drive a success. We had lots of people come up and donate because they heard the word on KGNC. We greatly appreciate your support and for broadcasting all-day, everyday last week. This truly was our most successful food to date. We greatly appreciate your support.
Thanks again,
Zack Wilson
