THE ROAD is America’s leading live Country music show. On the air since late 1994, the radio show was originally a spinoff of a television concert show with the same name. When the program began, the recordings captured during the filming of the TV show were shared by the production team who assembled the radio broadcast. The first dozen radio programs featured appearances by superstar artists like Faith Hill, Toby Keith, Clint Black, Vince Gill, Martina McBride, Travis Tritt and many more. Before long, the radio show was a huge success, and was airing on roughly 250 of the nation’s top Country stations.
The Road is a two-hour weekly radio show that features recordings from an exclusive library of live concert material, and the show is still heard in hundreds of cities across America. Through its own specialized team of radio and music professionals, new live concert recordings are gathered at venues all across America all the time and added to the program’s weekly mix of live material. Recent superstar artists to appear on The Road include Brad Paisley, Sugarland, Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean, Reba, Sara Evans, Keith Urban and many more.
