Authorities in Brazil have slapped Apple with a $2 million fine for not including a charger with the iPhone 12. The government accused Apple of taking advantage of consumers by forcing them to buy a charger separately.  Apple claims it was an environmentally-conscious decision that keeps them from making more chargers when most users already have one. Do you buy Apple’s explanation, or are they just trying to sell more chargers? Should the U.S. have a rule like this?
