A Virginia woman Rabin Lawler wanted to celebrate her birthday on March 5th by buying a Millionaire Matchmaker scratch-off ticket from a convenince store. She thought she won a $600 prize at first when she scratched the ticket in the store’s parking lot, then she realized she won $1 million top prize. Lawler took the lump sum of close to 602,000 dollars, before taxes.
