Now that it’s getting colder, there are certain things we like to eat. Some people like to eat chili or soup. But what do you like to fix when the weather turns colder?
I asked around the office for what they like to fix, and this is what some had to say. Nancy likes Pho which is a Vietnamese soup. Kaleb likes pinto beans with cornbread. Patrick likes chicken and dumplings or chicken noodle soup. Kate, our brand manager likes a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. Delynn, our traffic manager likes beef stew. Tom, our production manager says he’ll eat what his wife cooks, which is a vegetarian chili.
What I like to fix when it’s cold is a toss up. I like several different things. I like chicken and dumplings, beef and potato stew, a good roast with potatoes and carrots, and Mexican food. Depending on what I have in the fridge, beef or chicken. I make it with Spanish rice and beans. I’ll go all out to make it too.
I’m looking for a recipe to make green chile chicken enchilada soup or a chicken tortilla soup. If you have one, please share it with me.
