Disney+ Hits 100 Million Subscribers Years Ahead Of Schedule

Disney Plus has been active for a little over a year and has just passed 100 million subscribers. That’s about 25 million more than Netflix and 60 million more than Hulu.

The streaming service is already years ahead of where they thought they would be with their membership. They predicted around 90 million subscribers by 2024, and now are looking to have at least 350 million by then. The competition is real among streaming services with Disney Plus’ latest milestone. Netflix certainly has had their eyes opened. Netflix’s CEO stated early on that he didn’t think that Disney could get even 60 million subscribers in its first year.
