How Has Covid Affected Your Mental Health?

How To Regain Your Social Skills Lost During This Pandemic While taking a several month vacation from regularly seeing friends and family may have caused your social skills to become lazy, there’s still hope you won’t be totally awkward the next time you meet again. I am that way ALL the Time!

According to experts in the field of therapy, there are a few things you can do to restore what may have been lost during this pandemic. For starters, don’t avoid interactions because you think it will be weird. I am missing all of my friends and I can’t wait for concerts and just hanging out!

The more you avoid social interaction, the harder it will become when this is all over. Instead, plan some sort of activity. Aim for balance, with 50 percent talking and the other 50 percent listening. Arrange a Zoom or Google Meets visit with Friends and Family, believe me, it helps!

But most importantly, be honest and just tell your friend how you’re feeling. This has been tough on everyone!
