Last week we had a hard freeze and when that happens it makes all the leaves fall off my non-fruit baring Mulberry tree. The trees in my yard are so big that the leaves cover 3 yards. The thing with this years leaves is they are already dry. Each year I’ll rake all the leaves into my yard and I’ll use the lawnmower to pick up the leaves. A couple of years ago I got one of my neighbors with a lawn service to come over and use his riding mower to pick up the leaves. I’m trying to decide what to do this year. I have seen people use a blower and blow all the leaves into the street and let people driving by scatter the leaves. I’m afraid some child will hide in the leaves and get hit by a car.
What do you do to get rid of the leaves in your yard? Raking all the leaves into the yard does give me a really good workout.
