Maren Morris Calls For End Of Confederate Flags At Festivals:

“I Don’t Want To Play Those Festivals Anymore” Maren Morris continues to make her voice heard as it pertains to the Confederate flag. Morris recently spoke out during a Country Radio seminar alongside Luke Combs.  “Can we just agree, at these country music festivals, I see the Confederate flags in the parking lots, I don’t want to play those festivals anymore.

If you were a black person would you ever feel safe going to a show with those flying in the parking lot? No.” Maren went on to call out promoters, large organizations, and festivals to ban the confederate flags. “That’s one of the things we can do is say ‘No, I’m not doing this. Get rid of them.’”

Should the Confederate Flag be banned at large public gatherings?
