Throw Up The X

Dez Bryant will be throwing up the X soon. The former Dallas Cowboy wide receiver is likely to sign a contract with the New Orleans Saints tomorrow. Dez was released from the Cowboys during the off season after spending the first part of his career with a star on his helmet. Would the Cowboys be better with Bryant in the line up this season. Probably. Dak Prescott has not had a breakout game this season. Unless you want to count the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Prescott had was 17 of 27 for 183 yards and 2 touchdowns with eleven rushes for 83 yards and another touchdown.

Bryant was a Pro Bowl player in 2013, 2014 and 2016. He helps out a team that was in need of another wide receiver after Ted Ginn Jr. was placed on injured reserve last month.

I think Dez will be used as a number 2 receiver playing out of the slot for the Saints.

The Saints are 7-1 and look like one of the best teams in the NFC. Quarterback Drew Brees is having one of the best seasons of his career. The Cowboys play the Saints on Thursday November 29th at A. T. & T. Stadium.

Happy Birthday Dez who turns 30 Sunday. Could it be another Cowboy player leaves the team and gets a Super Bowl ring somewhere else?
