Walker Hayes Opens Up About New Book!

Walker Hayes is many things: singer, songwriter, dad, TikTok dancer, and now: author. He’s partnering with the non-profit group Moody Publishing that publishes Christian inspired books to bring his story to life. The book is based on his 2017 song “Craig” and, like the song, tells the story of how he met his friend, and now co-author, Craig Cooper. Topics covered in the book include spirituality, his battle with alcoholism, and Hayes and his wife losing their seventh child, Oakleigh Klover Hayes. Craig, whom Hayes met at a church in Franklin, Tennessee, “always offered a shoulder to lean on,” he says. No date of publication has been released yet, but we’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for this one!
