Chris Stapleton Forced to Cancel Headlining Concert due to Illness

Chris Stapelton was all set to perform during the Bottlerock Napa Festival in Napa, California, but has to cancel because of an illness. He said on Twitter, “It is with a heavy heart that I will be unable to perform tonight due to a non-COVID-related illness. We sincerely apologize to the festival & attending fans. Please know it isn’t a decision we made lightly & we thank you for your understanding.”
He also said, “We are also grateful to the amazing Highwomen who, on a moment’s notice, have agreed to perform in our place,” he wrote in the statement, sharing his replacement act standing in his time slot.” Chris was initially brought on to play after Stevie knicks had to cancel because of COVID19 concerns.
