Scooter won the World’s Ugliest Dog contest in California! The pup was born with deformities that left him unable to walk, and he was almost put to sleep. As a puppy, Scooter was saved by a Saving Animals From Euthanasia volunteer. Scooter is now celebrated for his unique look, which includes a hanging tongue.
