United Supermarkets, Mrs. Baird’s Bread Announce March “Teachers On The Rise” Winners

The United Family and Mrs. Baird’s Bread announced their “Teachers on the Rise” for March, with three Amarillo area teachers being recognized.

Raquel Painter, a Pre-K teacher at Humphrey’s Highland Elementary, has been acknowledged for going above and beyond in the classroom.

“I try to bring everybody together, parents and our support system at school, to help our families,” Painter said, “because that’s what we’re here for.”

Congratulations to the other winners, Julie Pittman from Spearman Middle School and Shannon Brittain from River Road High School.
