City’s Financial Report Online

The City of Amarillo has its Popular Annual Financial Report online.

The report breaks down the different aspects of city spending, in an easy, digestible form,  for the fiscal year that ended on Sept. 30, 2023.

City officials say the report includes financial information on waste collection, street maintenance, permit fees, and provides residents with quick and convenient access to transparent information and financial accountability,

Officials reported that for the past 12 years, the PAFR has received the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting.

To win the award, judges took into consideration these criteria: Reader appeal; Understandability, Distribution method, and creativity.
