JBS Plant Fire-Cactus

The Cactus Fire Department swung into action on Monday to the JBS Meat Packing Plant.
They were heading to an anaerobic fire at one of the plant’s lagoons.
Once there they found an active fire on the lagoon and quickly contained it to prevent it’s spread to the surrounding area.
The fire was put out at 7:45, almost two hours after Cactus Fire crews arrived.
No one was injured, and the cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
